Nicole McAnnally is a Deaf entrepreneur on a mission to make a world where everybody can effortlessly connect, especially for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals. With firsthand experience navigating communication gaps, she’s all about creating spaces where connection feels natural and effortless. When she’s not pushing for change, you’ll find her diving into a good book, sailing, lifting weights, or vibing with her dog and two cats. Rachel Schulbaum
Project Manager and Data Analyst with a commitment for improving communication across different communities. She brings expertise in curriculum development, data analysis, training materials, and team leadership, striving to create resources that promote understanding. In her free time, Rachel enjoys reading British history, watching films, bowling in a league, and playing Dungeons & Dragons and video games.
Tim Woodford
A fortysomething father of three school-age children. Tim originally hailed from Florida. A quintessential "Florida Man" who loved the outdoors: boating, fishing and camping -- he also harbored a love of the arts, particularly painting and illustration. Continuing his studies, Tim moved to Washington, DC in 2002 to pursue higher education and met his partner at Gallaudet University, beginning a new chapter of his life which he's living out now. Now a longtime resident of the nation's capital, he is currently working as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. Tim also juggles his free time with helping with his children's school projects, creating art and sharing his days with his beloved dogs. Tim is passionate about embracing life to the fullest, enjoying the little things and finding inspiration in the everyday moments.
